I just had the worst experience with Magnolia since my HVAC was installed last year. A Field Tech came to inspect the AC and 4 hours later found that the disconnect point in the system was with the existing thermostat.
The Tech was 25 mins late with no call. He was rude. He would not go over the $1200 worth of work he thought we needed. I called corporate to only get a slight apology. I would will never use again and recommend other go elsewhere.
Saied, the service technician assigned to my house, came by to fix a gas leak in my furnace. The leak happened on a Friday and I had to ask him to come out Saturday evening. He was on time and was very friendly. He did a thorough job and we had a good conversation while he worked. Overall I was very pleased and I'm thrilled to have the heat back on in my house. I would recommend Magnolia and specifically Saied.
