The gentleman that came to our house was very nice. He had to go to a few hardware stores to find the parts he needed. I would recommend to anyone. Will definitely keep this number for future plumbing issues.

Pierpoint plumbing did a great job for us on a dormer/attic addition. They added a full bath in our addition. Shower/tub, toilet, vanity, and moved a vent stack. Khanin was our tech and was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be using this company again!

Pierpoint service man showed up right on time, quickly found the leak and since it was this 40 plus year old or better, toilet gave the choices of several options to save money. I choose buying the new toilet myself, which saved a bundle and the service man came back out and installed it. I have, until lately done everything myself, but I needed it done this time as I'm a little older and there are times I need some help and these people were it He was not only very professional, he was friendly, like a neighbor. I highly recommend Pierpoint, as,in my opinion, they are the best of the lot. If I need more help, I'll call them and I suggest others should too.

I just had Pierpoint plumbing come fix a leaking shower. I couldnt of had a better experience. They were punctual, professional, and truly cared about me the client. They were honest and really made me feel so comfortable about the entire situation. Other companies are in and out while Pierpoint took time to ask questions and truly understand the issues we were having. I am so thankful to of been recommended by Grain Valley community. I will always use this company.

Great company. I had an emergency replacement of over 900 ft of water line from meter to house. They worked all weekend in cold weather to get me back into the 20th century with running water. Very professional, respectful and hard working group. Final result was clean, leak free and timely. nothing but compliments.

The technician was very courteous and kept me updated on his arrival time. He was very neat and put everything back as he found it. He also took the time and answered my plumbing questions and made adjustments as needed. Overall I had a good experience with the company. Plus I was given a 30 day warranty on the work. Hopefully I wont need it. And their fees were reasonable too.
