Advanced Appliance Service has been in business for over 32 years. We are a locally owned and operated, employing 30 factory trained technicians and an office staff of 11 to assist you with your appliance repair needs. Our story began in May 1986 as Jeff and Kim Isenhour took the risk of creating a company to serve the public's need for quality, dependable appliance repair at a fair market value. What started as a single technician and a mother on maternity leave, transformed into two technicians and a full-time office receptionist, which gradually matured to the established team that represent the company today.
Our story begins with a committed father and dedicated mother, Jeff and Kim Isenhour, bringing their second child into the world. It was a very risky venture with a family to raise and care for, but the Isenhours always had the desire to create a business that put the customer's needs over profit unlike similar service providers. They wanted to become THE major appliance repair resource while keeping their customer's best interest in mind. Despite having seven years of industry experience, the Isenhours would start their own company with no name recognition in the appliance repair industry, few service contacts with tight funding, all while caring for their two small children.
