Oregon Appliance Repair came out to my vacation property in Bend and diagnosed my Thermador oven. The technician Tyler was very courteous, professional, and prompt with service. The office reached out to me in a timely fashion to provide an estimate, and the necessary parts were overnighted at no additional cost to me in order to ensure the job was completed quickly. It's good to see there are still companies out there who care about the work they do! Hopefully I don't need to call again for many years to come, but if so Oregon Appliance Repair definitely has a repeat customer.
We used Oregon Appliance Repair and the service was excellent, timely and professional. We were kept apprised of the status or repair, time they would arrive. The tech (Tyler) was very courteous and prompt. Would highly recommend and use in the future if we have any appliance repairs needed. The price was fair, especially the labor cost.
UPDATE: After I posted my last review, Flora the owner called me. She very sincerely apologized for the service they provided. We had a very civil conversation about the entire ordeal, and she showed an earnest desire to improve her response in the future, and a desire to do much better. I very much appreciated her gesture, and I think it goes a long way to show the character of this person, and hence her company. She also offered to discount my bill by 15% for my troubles.
