These folks are fabulous. Can't recommend them highly enough - I've used them several times over the past decade with some very valuable rugs. They are professional and very knowledgeable, I have complete confidence in their work. I live close so drop off/pick up is easy, but I have used the delivery service which was very prompt and reliable.

The best rug cleaning in San Diego! They are really responsive, affordable, and super knowledgeable. I dropped my rugs off in Thursday and picked them up Friday next week, and they were amazing. These rugs had been in a home with tons of foot and dog traffic, but after the cleaning they smell, feel, and look brand new. Plus the team at Oriental Rug Pros was able to tell me all about my rugs.

They did a terrific job in cleaning a very valuable Oriental Rug. Dan and team were very professional, knowledgeable and service oriented and delivered on their promise. They delivered on time and provided a easy method to drop-off and pick-up with Dan's guide via You Tube on how to properly fold an oriental rug. Overall, very pleased with the results and level of service and expertise. I would highly recommend.

We are so pleased with the services we received at Oriental Rug Pros! We have three original Turkish runners (from Kusadasi) that date back to 2000 and had only been cautiously cleaned once many years ago. We were very concerned about having them cleaned due to our personal attachments to them.
Dan, Mona, and their staff 'hit the ball out of the park'! The rugs are pristine and we are very grateful! Dan's Team is conscientious and professional. We intend to use them again for other area rugs that will be due for cleaning soon.
And....be sure to ask Dan and Mona about the history of their property! So enlightening during this 'challenging' time for all of us.

This is my first time using this company. The owner is very knowledgeable about Oriental rugs and materials. They cleaned my 9x12 rug and made it look new. They delivered on time and are reasonably priced. Also enjoyed just talking to Dan.

I had a great experience with Dan. He is very knowledgeable on rugs. I had a small Bokhara cleaned and repaired. It looks great. I can't wait to enjoy it for years to come. There are not a lot of people in the area performing this type of work.
