I highly recommend AF1! They were prompt, professional, and responsive to my calls. I was introduced to this company via my warranty company. They completed the first repair to get the aged unit running again, but recommended replacing the 28 year old unit. Three weeks later both the indoor and outdoor units were replaced. I am extremely happy with the workmanship and customer service I received from AF1.

This company provides the worst service ever. He came out to my home and charged me over 400 dollars for refrigerant. He said I had a slow leak and would pour something in to stop the leak. While he was in the middle of fixing my issue he came in the house and told me he had to rush to another customer in Richmond and would send me an invoice. My problem was not fixed so unfortunately he got me out of 400 plus dollars.

He was sent to me by my warranty company. I will not recommend anyone use this company. The owner was very unprofessional and on the phone the entire time he was at my house. Please do not use him for anything. He is refusing to return my husbands phone calls but we will see him in court.

Quick response for service when the heat went out. Figured out a temporary solution while waiting for insurance to authorize repair which worked out great and kept the house warm! Excellent customer service and explained everything.

Today we had the most amazing experience with Air Force HVAC. I called, they were at our house in 45 min. My problem was not the usual one( wound up being electrical), so the tech called in two more and a problem that was could have cost me $2,000, was fixed for a few hundred. Professional, Responsive and knowledgeable. If you need anything, call them .
