Garrett Liners is the longest-established vinyl swimming pool liner manufacturer in the world. Founded in 1964 by Bill and Winnie Garrett, and currently managed by second generation owner, Ken Garrett, we've grown from a 5,000 square foot location in an old industrial building in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania, to our current modern, state-of-the-art 49,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Fallsington, Pennsylvania. This facility serves as our headquarters and manufacturing center for in ground liners, above ground liners, and safety covers.

Garrett Liners is pleased to provide the following safety tips for above ground swimming pools, where no diving is ever allowed. If your pool has coping of sufficient size, the front edge of the coping is the best location. If this is not practical, the top of the coping or the portion of the liner above the waterline are alternative locations. It is important that the surface you select is clean, smooth, and dry before applying the labels. Remove the backing, then start at the top of the label, aligning the top edge horizontally.
