Submitted a quote with pool-ology and Michael called me shortly after which was nice. He did help me figure out which parts I needed, but then when I asked if we could just hire the company for repairs and such, he stopped responding and pretty much ignored me. I ended up hiring someone else from another company and they told me the parts Michael told me to order were wrong! I don't appreciate being ignored, especially when I was willing to pay for the pool service and repairs. Thanks for nothing.
