BuffaLouie's created a niche in the Bloomington restaurant market when we opened our doors in 1987, bringing our family recipes and personal hands-on management to the forefront. Back then, buffalo-style chicken wings were considered an appetizer. BuffaLouie's fast became very popular among the athletic programs at Indiana University. As the restaurant industry evolved over the past 25 years, BuffaLouie's has become well known to the students of I.U., along with the local residents of Bloomington.
