Trusted Roofing Tools Manufacturer in Hudson, OH
AJC Tools & Equipment has been a trusted name in the roofing industry for over six decades. Founded by Anthony Joseph Crookston, our company began with the invention of the original AJC Hatchet, designed for personal use before gaining recognition among roofers. Our commitment to quality and innovation led to the expansion of our product line beyond hatchets to include professional-grade tools for residential and commercial roofing, siding, and gutter applications. Under the leadership of Jim Crookston, who took over in 1962, we introduced patented designs like the Mag-Hatch Magnetic Faced Hatchet and Super Shear Shingle Cutter, solidifying our reputation as a leader in roofing tools. We prioritize customer satisfaction through same-day shipping, toll-free support answered by real people, and a full lifetime warranty on all products. As a family-owned business, we maintain the same standards of durability and craftsmanship established by our founders, ensuring every tool meets the demands of professional roofers. Our catalog features industry-standard solutions such as Shing-Go Tear-off Shovels and Rolling Magnetic Sweepers, catering to both traditional and modern roofing needs. With a focus on superior service, we treat every customer with the respect and attention we would expect ourselves, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and reliability. Our legacy of innovation continues today, driven by the same passion for excellence that started in our early years.
