Experience with RJ Kielty was very good. Gas Water Heater went out and started leaking without warning. RJ Kielty sent someone out (Will) late in the evening for an assessment. Will was very professional and informative. Will came out and installed new water heater after a very long day. He worked well into the night and we had hot water again. Process only took a couple days. Will explained how the new tank worked and explained what routine maintenance would extend water heater life. I would recommend RJ Kielty for any plumbing needs.
I just want to take a minute and thank you guys. Joe Zugg came out and got my ac up and running after another company failed to do so. He was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond considering he had to deal with an issue from a tenant we were in the process of evicting.
