At Green Light Construction, we pride ourselves in returning your call within 24 hours. We are a remodeling general contractor that coordinates all parts of the design and build process of the project. We work with a set of established specialists that we have strong trusting relationships with. Green Light Construction has a General Contractors license for residential and small commercial projects.

Most people don't have a renovation of this scale in mind when calling their contractor, but we were excited to have the opportunity to work on the historic renovation of the courthouse at Pioneer Square which is on the national registry of historic buildings in the U.S. The cupola atop is a national landmark- one of seventeen in Oregon. Before starting work on a project of such significance we researched the products and processes we'd use every step of the way to make sure the work we did was always adding value, preserving the character of this unique building and some of the unique methods used when it was originally built.

You've been living in your house awhile now and it's all working for you, the schools, the neighborhood, the ten minute walk to your favorite coffee shop, but the sheen of new appliances from 15 years ago has grown a little dim, and some of the quirks are becoming a little less charming. Over time paint fades, appliances age, we want a fresh color on the walls or the floor, we wish the windows were easier to open. A whole home remodel is a custom-designed project that allows you to replace, refinish, remove and repair several areas in your house at the same time.

To put it simply, the bathroom is a necessity of the modern home. Your bathroom should be somewhere you feel comfortable because, let's face it - you spend a bit of time in there. This space should also stand the test of time and be a place that you feel good in. We want to ensure you love your space, whether it be because we work with vapor barriers to prevent mold and protect your house from water damage, or because of the unique lighting fixtures that really brighten your day.
