We eliminate common pests including ants, cockroaches, rodents, and spiders from residential and commercial properties. Our treatments address infestations while preventing future occurrences. Services cover both immediate removal and ongoing pest management agreements.

Structural Repairs

Our skilled crew performs structural repairs for termite damage, dry rot, and fungus issues. We restore patios, decks, bathroom floors, and shower pans to original condition. Repairs ensure property integrity after pest infestations.

I have had these cricket problems in my backyard for many years. I tried all types of pesticides I could find in the stores but nothing helped, they were still sneaking to the house where they freaked everyone. Then I heard about Nicomite and what they do. From the first treatment they did, they eliminated them completely. I asked them to do another one in 2 weeks just to make sure I won't see them again.

Great company, family oriented people who really care. I referred them to my mother-in-law's house for the ants she has inside her house; done; %100 efficiency. She is so delighted and thankful that I referred Nicomite to her.

I can't recommend this company enough! We needed termite fumigation on a 4-unit residential property in Pasadena and called Nicomite for a quote. They were reliable, professional and detail-oriented from day one. They walked me through every step of the process and were so thorough with their inspection. Their work was impeccable and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future! Marina and staff were helpful and patient. Thank you so much for making this experience easy and painless!

Thank you, thank you! You exceeded all my expectations in inspecting and rebuilding my my mother's back patio and house trim. You turned what was once a shabby, collapsing pergola and exterior facade and made her beloved home a gem of the neighborhood. Not only did you take care of the structural challenge, you made her comfortable with the dramatic change. You addressed her every concern and navigated her requests with professionalism and kindness. Thank you - I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

Nicomite was incredible! I had a VERY tight budget because my tenant had not paid for 3 months. Nicomite was so amazing how they gave me a great bid (half that of another company!) They were kind, helpful, prompt, reliable, and did amazing work. I can't even tell which boards they replaced with wood rot because their work was so seamless. I can't recommend them enough! Great job, Marina and Rodolfo!
