Localized chemical treatments target western subterranean and drywood termite infestations using Termidor and other proven solutions. We guarantee results with a one-year warranty on treated areas and offer a 10-year guarantee for Termidor Restoration Treatment. Treatments follow a detailed inspection and cost breakdown.

Our certified carpenters replace and repair wood damage caused by termites or fungus using standard construction-grade Douglas fir lumber. Repairs come with a one-year warranty, and we accommodate special material requests at additional costs. We ensure structural integrity while maintaining aesthetic consistency with existing woodwork.

We eliminate common household pests including cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, and rodents. Our treatments address infestations and implement preventive measures tailored to each property. Services are performed by licensed technicians using safe, effective methods for homes and families.
Prevention Services
Post-treatment prevention strategies include moisture control, wood-to-soil contact elimination, and ongoing monitoring.
