Services
Rat Control
Our comprehensive rat control service combines structural exclusion, strategic trapping, and habitat modification to eliminate infestations. Technicians identify and seal entry points while implementing monitoring systems to prevent re-infestation. The process includes thorough attic and crawlspace inspections to address contamination risks.
Pest Control
We provide targeted pest control for common household invaders including ants, cockroaches, spiders, and stinging insects. Our integrated approach combines perimeter treatments, interior applications, and exclusion techniques to create lasting protection against recurring infestations in residential and commercial properties.
Attic Cleaning
Professional attic cleaning removes hazardous rodent waste and contaminated insulation. Our technicians use HEPA-filtered vacuums and EPA-registered disinfectants to eliminate pathogens while restoring insulation R-values. The process includes complete debris removal and odor neutralization for improved indoor air quality.
Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance programs ensure ongoing protection through regular inspections and proactive repairs. Services include re-baiting exterior stations, checking exclusion integrity, and monitoring for new entry points. Clients receive priority scheduling and discounted emergency service rates with maintenance plans.
Exterior Control
Our exterior rodent control focuses on landscape management and perimeter protection. Tamper-resistant bait stations and habitat modification techniques reduce outdoor populations.
