Services
Rat Control
Our comprehensive rat control service combines exclusion techniques, strategic trapping, and sanitation protocols to eliminate infestations. Technicians identify and seal entry points while implementing eco-friendly methods that prevent secondary poisoning. With a focus on long-term solutions, we address both immediate infestations and future prevention through durable repairs and ongoing monitoring systems.
Attic Cleaning
Post-removal attic cleaning addresses contamination from rodent waste and damaged insulation. Our process includes HEPA vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, and replacing compromised insulation. We follow CDC-recommended protocols to eliminate bacteria and viruses while restoring attic spaces to safe, habitable conditions. This critical step prevents health risks and structural damage from prolonged infestations.
Rodent Proofing
Customized rodent proofing creates permanent barriers against future infestations. Technicians use durable materials to seal entry points while maintaining aesthetic integrity. The process includes reinforcing foundations, vents, and utility penetrations with rodent-resistant materials. Our lifetime warranty guarantees free repairs if rodents breach our defenses, ensuring long-term protection for residential and commercial properties.
Exterior Rat Control
Targeted exterior control addresses outdoor rat populations through tamper-resistant bait stations and habitat modification. Our technicians strategically place secured bait stations while eliminating food sources and nesting areas. This approach reduces outdoor rat activity near structures without endangering non-target animals, creating a protective perimeter that prevents indoor infestations through proactive population management.
Pest Control
Beyond rodents, we manage common pests like ants, spiders, and cockroaches using integrated pest management (IPM) strategies. Our approach combines habitat modification, exclusion techniques, and targeted treatments to address infestations while minimizing chemical use. Regular maintenance plans prevent recurring issues through scheduled inspections and proactive interventions tailored to each property's specific needs.
