They were very friendly and helpful in the Olympia store. Tena helped me replace my vacuum belt and we were able to restore my vacuum to 100% functionality.
Just completed d the Dream Machine University 101 & 102 class in Mount Vernon. I had such a great time and learned so much. I originally took these classes back in 2017 but decided taking them again would be helpful. I can believe how much more I understood, and learned about my machine. Thank you Lana, Pam and Julie for making this four day experience so much fun. I still think you could expand the class and make each one three days.
I recently purchased the Westalee quilting foot and ruler. I have had a great time learning and playing with it. I received it quickly and hassle free. Will be ordering more rulers from them.
