Basement Remodeling
Transform your basement into a functional living space with our comprehensive remodeling services. We handle every phase from design consultation to final finishes, using durable materials like mold-resistant drywall and 20-gauge metal framing. Our team ensures code compliance while delivering customized solutions that maximize your space's potential.
Metal Framing
Install fireproof, mold-resistant metal framing for basement walls. This durable alternative to wood provides structural integrity while resisting moisture damage. Our precise installation creates a stable foundation for insulation and drywall, ensuring long-term performance in below-grade environments.
Insulation Installation
Upgrade your basement's energy efficiency with code-compliant insulation. We use materials that resist corrosion and mold while meeting IRC building standards. Proper insulation improves comfort, reduces energy costs, and creates a healthier indoor environment for your finished basement space.
Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring
Install 100% waterproof luxury vinyl tile designed for basement conditions. This durable flooring option mimics natural wood while resisting water damage. Available in multiple styles, it provides both aesthetic appeal and practical performance for high-moisture environments.
Waterproofing Systems
Implement Schluter waterproofing systems for tiled showers and wet areas. Our experienced installers create vapor-tight enclosures that prevent water damage. This critical protection ensures longevity for bathroom installations while maintaining structural integrity in moisture-prone basement spaces.
