This pool house/ pavilion was built and completed by us this past spring. It was a fun little project. There is a bathroom and a storage room off the back. The Pavilion has horizontal, retractable screens that disappear up into the soffits and the vertical tracks are set into the columns.
This project was completed at the end of August. This room addition is a wine tasting/bar area. There is a lot going on in this small space. The main structure of the walls and roof had to be constructed of steel in order to allow us to include a skylight that required eliminating the ridge and upper roof structure.
This is a project we worked on in Cohasset for a year and a half. This was a total home renovation.
