OK, so I went to Home Depot earlier this morning (I'm getting ready to do quite a bit of painting) and felt like I was part of a "customer assembly line". So I left there and I went to Norfolk Hardware. I was assisted by a gentleman named Jerry. I NEVER expected to have a 45 minute conversation that included everything from brands of paint, primer vs. non-primer, brushes, rollers, the proper method of applying paint, cutting, price differences, etc.
I am VERY serious when it comes to getting professional "customer service" and all I can tell you is, that is exactly what I got. Needless to say, that's where I'll be going for any/ all hardware needs in the future. On a personal note, Thanks Jerry for all the help and professionalism.
