Once a client confirms a project with us, we setup an in-home measurement and we send our technician to do the laser measurement. We then marry it with the slab which our client has chosen. And that's where one of our specialized software comes into play, which is the VeinMatch Software. So then we take a high res picture of the slab itself and marry it with the laser measurement to actually find the best fit possible for all the patterns and the wanes to match and flow for our customers. Now at this time, it really helps our clients who are much more visual in nature and like to see a digital layout before we actually do our first cut.
What is Covered. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship, including installation, with the exceptions stated below. For warranty service, you must provide proof of the date of original purchase. This warranty runs for one year from the date of installation. All implied warranties are also limited to a one-year from date of installation. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. What is not covered. This warranty does not cover countertops that have been moved from their original installed location, and it does not cover the natural characteristics of stone, which include, but are not limited to, color variations, water lines, or surface marks.

Precision Stone Design was very professional, responsive. We were lucky enough to work with Jaci. They were the first place we went and she was very patient as we worked through options and quoting many variations so I could get a understanding what was going to work best. Every time I reached out to them over she always responded and gave me good feedback and advice. I also quoted counters at 5 other places and pricing was also very competitive. For install day again they were on time for both measure and install. The measurement team even made some recommendations that we took their advice and were thrilled with results. The install was quick and painless. The countertops change the whole look of your kitchen. We would recommend them highly to anyone.
Precision Stone Design did a great job on our kitchen and powder room counter projects. Kitchen was a challenging job as it had a complex shape, including a peninsula and a waterfall design. We used the Cambria Britannica quartz, which is a beautiful material, but is challenging pattern to match in a complex counter shape. Sunny did wanders utilizing the stone pattern matching computer program to come up with the best possible overall counter pattern design. He also worked with us through other challenges including replacing one of the pieces which happened to have a defect. He worked with us until we were completely satisfied with the end result. Everybody at Precision from installers and the shop personnel, Khan, Sunny, and up to the owner Gina, were very friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. Their pricing was also very reasonable and competitive. They do a lot of work and have good selection of materials. We are very happy that we chose Precision Stone Design for our project! I will definitely consider them for any of our future jobs. I would highly recommend Precision Stone Design for any of your projects!
