Ken Otteni, Miller Bonded President, and Keith Wilson, Miller Bonded CEO, formed Miller Bonded in 1995 through a merger of Miller Metal Company and Bonded Plumbing and Heating. The union of Miller Metal Company, founded in 1955, and Bonded Plumbing and Heating, founded in 1932, allows Miller Bonded to offer more than 100 years of combined experience in mechanical contracting. Ken Otteni joined Bonded Plumbing and Heating in 1972, and acquired his journeyman's license in 1977. Otteni managed daily operations for Bonded Plumbing and Heating for over 14 years and now serves as the President of Miller Bonded.
MBI utilizes the Mechanical Contractors Association of NM (MCA) Safety Passport Program. A copy of our passport is available upon request. MBI is a member of MCA's Workers' Compensation Group Fund. The MCA Safety Committee meets monthly to ensure the highest safety standards for our membership as a whole, and MBI regularly attends these meetings. Our Safety Director is active in and regularly attends the monthly meetings for each of these trade associations. Our participation reflects our cooperative partnership with OSHA to foster, maintain and improve the safety and health conditions and requirements for New Mexico's commercial construction workers and workplaces.
