We were lucky enough to have Sam from the Remodel division come up and solve our issue quickly and for less cost than we expected. Doing a remodel in our kitchen, and Sams resolution to our gap along a wall was clean and quick. He was a true artist matching our skip trowel wall textureTLC is lucky to have such a skilled craftsman!

TLC is on time and works quickly. I have never had to have a return visit for the job that was specified (although issues beyond the original repair have resulted in callbacks the original repair was fine but there was more to do). Phone service is good and technicians are knowledgeable, businesslike, and easy to work with. I have had at least a dozen TLC jobs done over the past 20 years and all turned out well.

Had a water leak in front yard. Located it. Called TLC. They had to get the line folks out to identify the gas/electric/cable- which took about an hour. They then repaired/replaced the pipe pretty quickly (less than two hours). With tax they charged $1,600. Granted this was a Sunday- that seems like a poor value for the work done. Had several people get this kind of thing repaired for significantly less- even on the weekend. No doubt they did a good job- but price was predatory. Should have waited until Monday and called around.

I had a water line for the hose bend and catch my own fault but TLC was the only one who could come to my same day this happened. They got my leak fixed so fast. Their rate was very affordable. Single mom at $13 an hour. I didnt take a picture of the damage pipe but it looked similar to my backyard garden pipe. They could of had it to where I still had a garden pipe but I dont need 4 garden pipes 3 are plenty.TLC gets 5 stars from me

Antonio and his apprentice were very professional and the price was very reasonable he was patient and contacted the Manufacture for a part and found out the unit was under warranty saving me money. I would recommend Antonio and TLC Plumbing & Utility for any plumbing work

This was our second dealing with TLC. After the first experience, I gave them a glowing review on Google. I seem to be too technically challenged to start a new Google review for the last experience. We had noticed zones tied to our the radiant floor were no longer functioning. Because of our positive experience with them the first time (reliable, honest, and clearly a company with family values and the value of their employees), we called them again.
Second experience, nothing changed. We had Chico come into our home and he immediately felt like family. He assessed our water heater, our boiler, and the associated manifolds (now very outdated and no longer available). Long story short, we agreed on an amazing combi-boiler to replace the water heater and boiler. It is on demand hot water and there arent two pilots constantly burning and consuming energy. Chico made himself available to us before and after the process- even responding to texts and calls on weekends. TLC remains our go to place and Chico solidified the TLC commitment again. Highly recommend.
