I didn't know you had a facebook page. In 2014, I had High's install a Regency I3100 to replace an aging Timberline. The crew did a great job installing the chimney liner and stove. It heats better than expected. Here it is 3 years later and I found myself in need of replacement baffles and fire brick. I emailed Mike at High's. He ordered the parts and I have them a few days later. Good to know that I can count on them long after the sale. I have recommended them and will continue doing so! Thanks!

They delivefed. Thy are worth every penny. This company is under rated and not appreciated enough. They are true professionals when it comes to fireplace inserts and chimney cleaning.
