Tom Ludes, the owner and his crew, were extremely careful to really clean the carpet, and protect our products for our business exceptionally well. He really went the extra mile. I appreciated the attention to detail for the spots and the speed and care he took was really nice.
I have been using Tom’s services for several years. Because of my busy work schedule, I can’t be home most of the time when he comes over. However, I have no problem leaving him at my place alone. I just wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am with the beautiful work that Tom did on my carpet. I had some very unsightly stains on my living room and bedroom carpet.The stains were embarrassing.To m was so patient in explaining the whole process and worked with me to come up with a plan that I could afford.
