When you first meet Jordan you will be impressed with his sincerity and passion for building homes. He is approachable and engaging, listening to his client to assure the home he builds exceeds expectations - "I would not build a home that I would not live in myself, " exclaims Jordan. Jordan began his career at 15 as summer help setting trusses for a friend's uncle who owned a construction company. He recalls that he couldn't feel his arm at the end of the first day, from then on he was hooked.
Jordan takes great pride in listening to his clients and exceeding their expecations. Annette & Steve wanted an addition to accommodate larger family events and Lemons Construction was their only choice based on his work on their son's home and his excellent reputation. At left a fireplace originally stood in this space. Jordan found the original kitchen cabinets and created this hutch with a built-in ice maker to compliment the whole room. The project came in on time and at budget. He was cost effective in his design using the window we originally had at the back of the house to overlook the new pool.
Commercial projects are distinctive from home building or renovations but still reflect the vision and passion of the owner. Greater care is taken in working with the owners to identify an ideal location and offer consultation regarding what is possible in the space. Keg Grove Brewing Company is an ideal example of this process. Jordan offered consultation services, reviewing a number of properties throughout Bloomington/Normal until this building and locations was identified and thoroughly vetted.
