A great big thank you to Vince at Ace Door Company in Royal Oak! I didn't know if my garage door wouldn't open because of electrical or mechanical problems. Over the course of 3 phone calls Vince gave me suggestions to try, talked me through the procedures and I was able to get the garage door working again. All this without out a service call!! Most businesses wouldn't done this. My faith in good old fashioned human kindness has been renewed! Thank you, Vince!! I've been meaning to give a "thumbs up" for the professional installation work we had done on our garage door January 16. The service person (I wish I had his name) did a awesome installation job. We've had no problems since then. You definitely have my recommendation!
