Fabulous experience with Alpha Gate! I had an awful experience with a local (small town) fence/gate contractor and called Alpha to get everything remedied and correctly done once and for all. They were helpful, prompt, and my installer was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I called Alpha Gate and door and told them about a problem I was having with my door not opening. They told me the cost to come out and my options if I had to change out but then they told me let's do a couple of trouble shooting steps before we send someone out. They gave me 4 recommendations and I had done them all but one of them I had not reset the motor for long enough. He told me to hold the button for 5-10 seconds. I did and the gate worked. They really did not need to tell me how to fix my own gate but they did. When I need to buy, I will buy one from them.

I have used Alpha Gate and Door twice. The first time was for my garage door and the second was for my automatic gate. Both times Kealan came out and took care of the issue right away. A REAL human (Lisa) answers the phone. She is so helpful and quick to get me scheduled. Both times Kealan was on time if not a bit early. He knows exactly what the issue is and has a quick fix to it. I would definitely recommend them. I will be calling them myself if I have any other issues.

I contacted the AG&DC because I ran into an issue with the gate opener on the home I just bought. After describing the problem to the over the phone, they were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Terry was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and within a few minutes got me back up and running. The belief I have from my experience with the AG&DC is that they actually do care to give the best customer service and technical help they can provide. I will be dealing with them exclusively from now on, and I would recommend them without hesitation! Great to do business with this company!!!!
