Very disappointed in the rep. Never ha dthe option to try the products. My daughter won a mother and daughter spa treatment package for Mary Kay rep Nichol Elgin in Colorado. We scheduled an appt at her home, drive an hour, and she cancelled 15 min before we arrived. She asked to reachedle and I said yes, please call me the next day. She never called and it's been a week now. Disappointing that someone with this character is representing Mary Kay.
