In 1969 Joe Henry Gee joined with Freeman Willis to create Willis and Gee Heating and Air. In 1989, After several years in business as Willis and Gee, Mr. Willis chose to retire and Joe H. Gee brought in son, Tim Gee, to create Gee Heating and Air.
