Excellent customer service! This is the second time I've used them. Left a message at noon on a Sunday not expecting a return phone call/Message until Monday morning. A Technician was at my house by 4pm that same day working on my AC. Kurt was the technician they sent and he was very informative and professional, pricing was reasonable and I would highly recommend Arctic Heating & Cooling for any of your HVAC needs.
