Report
Terrible customer service. Trisha wanted to charge me almost $400 for shipping on a $900 light. When I questioned whether perhaps a cheaper option could be found (I wouldn't mind slow delivery), she just brushed me off and cancelled their proposal. And I had purchased several lights from them in the past. Really rude.
