L.J. Rolls Refrigeration Co. is a family owned and operated commercial and industrial mechanical contractor based in Fenton, Michigan. Founder and President, Jim Rolls, has always been mechanically inclined. His family owned Rolls Battery and Electric in Royal Oak, MI and after school or during weekends, you could always find Jim in the shop taking things apart and seeing how they work. Jim went to vocational trade school at 16 and completed the 2-year program early. In 1979, before graduating High School, Jim took his first HVACR job at a refrigeration company in metro Detroit working for free, just to get the experience and break into the trade.
