What began as a one service vehicle operation has grown into an organization of 16 service and installation vehicles, employing 21 people. Robrt Refrigeration Service, Inc., now in its third generation, has been serving greater New Orleans residential and commercial customers since 1950.
Our quality installations begin with a computerized load analysis of the structure to determine the exact requirements for the specific job. System design is based on those requirements on a room by room basis. Galvanized sheetmetal ductwork is fabricated in our sheetmetal department by our trained installation technicians and delivered to the job in modular pieces. Equipment selection is made with the customer's needs and desires in mind. By properly assembling the components, the results are a quiet efficient environment that is installed according to factory specifications.
Our Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) entitles the customer to semi-annual cleanings of their central air conditioning and heating system, a 15% discount on service repairs and priority scheduling. Unlike other companies that only service the air conditioning in the summer and the heating in the winter, our maintenance technicians complete a 30 point check list servicing both the air conditioning and heating at each visit. Therefore our customers are assured of their system working properly whatever the weather might be.

Nice people and responsive to emergency situations. Having said that, I have had them out twice to fix a mini split.$1,500 later, it's still not operating properly. My last service call resulted in a $1,000 bill, over twice what I was originally quoted. A repairman from another company was here last week to look at a separate issue and seemed pretty incredulous that I was charged that much for the repairs made.
