The nature of this project required a crane to reach the top of an 11 story building in downtown Wilmington, NC. Along with all the other project details, the team had to coordinate with the city for a closure of a major downtown street while equipment was placed onto and removed from the rooftop. The HVAC StarPlus team, part of which is shown here, planned and executed the project. We are able to take on many projects other contractors aren't prepared to handle due to size and/or complexity. This was one of our biggest projects for the year.
