Genuine Comfort is such a great company. My furnace was being weird not turning on so Wayne came out to the rescue. I called late in the afternoon not thinking they would come till the next day but they made room for me in an already tight schedule. The best thing was they explained every thing they were doing to me and at the end of the day it wasn't a huge bill.
