Keller Services Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in June of 2015 by Brian and Brandy Schimmel. We are a local family owned and operated business serving Tarrant, Denton, and Dallas County, and together, Brian and Brandy have worked tirelessly to build a company that is known for its superior service, honesty, and reliability and well as professionalism in the field.

At Keller Services, we want to be more than a business. We want to be involved in our community, as a part of that commitment we believe in paying it forward and giving back to the community in which we live and serve. At Keller Services, we are continually looking for additional opportunities within the communities we serve to pay it forward. While our efforts are focused on Tarrant County, we do not limit our giving to a specific timeframe throughout the year. Keller Services offers charitable contributions through Keller Kares in the way of new equipment, HVAC repairs and services, and event sponsorships, as well as volunteering our time for special needs, single parents, seniors, and veterans.
