Tampa Bay Air Conditioning, Inc. is a family owned business serving the Lutz/Land O'Lakes area for over 37 years. Tom Kent, our President, grew up in the Tampa Bay Area and began working in the HVAC industry straight out of high school. Tom started his business in 1979 and as business grew, so did the company. In 1985, Tom signed up with Trane as a dealer. He was impressed by the quality of the system. In 1994, Tom was asked to become a Trane Comfort Specialist and has maintained both titles. Tampa Bay Air Conditioning, Inc., stays up to date with all Trane equipment, participates in all Trane rebates and our employees attend Trane classes.
