My husband and I have been with EF Martin for approximately 50 years! Our current technician is Jeremy who was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Their service is outstanding and they are extremely professional. We highly recommend them.

We contacted E.f. Martin because our air conditioning was not working. They were able to send someone out that day to fix the problem. They also performed preventative maintenance on our air conditioning units. We worked with Chris and Archie. Both of them were great. I would highly recommend this company - great service!

I am very impressed! I called on a Friday night at around 8:30-9:00 expecting to leave a voicemail because our AC wasnt blowing cold and it was 82 degrees where our kids sleep. I actually got someone and they had the on call technician call me in less than 10 minutes. He was about 30 minutes from our house and headed right over. In less than 2 hours from the time I called late on a Friday night they had our house cooling down. Im floored! Such great customer service. Definitely recommend!!!

I would just like to publicly thank EF Martin for helping me get my heat back on. When my unit caught on fire, my family was in shock. It was a miracle that we were home and caught it in time, or we could have lost everything. The people at EFM were kind and professional and really did all they could for me. I now have heat and just in time. Definitely recommending them.
