Matt showed up just 3 hours after they opened, on a Saturday, and had my a/c back up and running in just a few minutes. He knew what the problem was as soon as he looked inside my a/c. He had the needed part on his truck. Quickly replaced it and was done. I'm so grateful for the quick response time and how quickly he was able to get it back up and running. It is blistering hot today, but he got it fixed before the house got intolerably hot. I'm happy to have found a new a/c company that I feel comfortable will not screw me over.

This was not the first time I have used Air Systems and it will not be the last either! I called Amy this morning and within a few hours "Kenny" the technician was at my house and assessed the problem and fixed it. The best part is they are honest, and do not try to sell you a new unit (even if yours old like mine) if it is not necessary at that time.

We have had nothing but great service from Air Systems. They call you right back and come out as fast as you need them. Their staff are very professional and friendly even when one comes to the door with messed up freshly cut hair. Lol
The price is right with them. They don't try to up sell anything. They will give an honest opinion when asked but they have never tried to talk us into going beyond what we actually have needed. That is very rare these days.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. I woke up Sunday morning Labor Day weekend with a warm house. We tried going thru the insurance the land lord has for problems like this and after 3 hours of having them tell us that they were sending someone and finally getting an answer that they MIGHT get to us Monday at 5pm, I called Air Systems and Robert came within 20 min. He had our A/C up and running and then checked the system for more possible problems. The price was great too!! Our house was down to normal by bedtime (Yay for sleeping in our own bed instead of a Hotel. (saving us money again)

After a 3 month search for a HVAC contractor to do a full system replacement, I finally decided on Air Systems. The first conversation I had with Matt Cartwright, I felt very confident with his knowledge of HVAC systems and his professionalism. They were also the only company I had come across that was recommending American Standard equipment which was my personal preference (I will leave the reliability/cost/features research for you and your situation).
The short version is that they are punctual, professional and fairly priced. I got a top of the line 3 zone system installed in about 7 hours. There were 3 installers working the whole time and all were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and clean. You could not tell they had been in the house when they had left, other than the quiet comfortable air coming out of my vents.
Though they were very competitively priced my recommendation to use them is based first on their professional ability and attitude with the good price being a secondary benefit.
I give them my highest recommendation and I will be using them for my future maintenance needs.

Started using these guys based on a co-workers referral. I needed someone dependable and affordable that could take over maintenance and service for a five unit townhouse complex my father owns in La Marque. They always show up when they say they will, always manage to accommodate my emergencies, pick up keys and let themselves in when I can't meet them, bill me when I can't meet them to pay them, and they have the best service and labor rates anywhere in this area. I know because I have called around and checked. Also, recently they gave me quote to re-duct my home and replace my old fiber plenum that was so low that it wasn't worth it to me to even consider doing myself! They were fast and they did a clean and neat job. Cleaned up after themselves and and just basically went over and above. I now use Air Systems exclusively, not only for my townhouses' service and maintenance but also for my twice yearly preventative maintenance at my home.
Highly recommended.
