Comfort-Aire's InverterFlex multi-zone units let you condition two, three or four rooms-or one large space- with just one outdoor unit. A single outdoor condenser is sized for multiple indoor air handlers, 9,000 and 12,000 BTUH, which can be mixed and matched to reach the total system capacity. InverterFlex models incorporate all the advantages of inverter technology. The compressor speed is variable, depending on the load demand. To save energy, the unit runs at low RPMs, only ramping up to higher RPMs when the demand is necessary.
