Never do business with this company. They took advantage of a disabled veteran. Took the money and left them without water during subzero outdoor temps. The individual would not listen to where the pipes were frozen which kept the clock ticking. Over $650 and left out in the cold.

So happy we chose this company. Our heat was out over the weekend. We called the emergency number, Rick was prompt in contacting us back and we agreed since we had another temporary form of heat, to wait until Monday to have it looked at. They came, checked it out and we needed a new unit. The next morning, Ross Mincks the Sales rep came out, looked over what we needed and later that day sent us our estimate.

We reviewed it, the next morning called and gave the ok. Ross advised due to the amount of calls of people without heat, it could be 10 days before they could get to us. However, later that day, we received a call asking if we would like our new furnace the next morning. Ross and the two installers were both here explaining everything. The 2 young men that installed our units were very professional, knowledgeable and asked us questions before doing anything to make the set up right for our new unit.
