This company simply does not care. They give you a 5 hour window, where you are trapped in your house, and then they don't bother to show up in the window. They don't care that they missed the window, or that you have a life and other things to do. I would not recommend them to anyone. They also seem to operate out of code, and use some shady tactics (telling you something costs "thirteen-fifty " when in reality, it's $1350.00). They're just so dishonest.

Did not have a good experience with this company. Felt they were very dishonest, gave us the run around and had no since of urgency to get back to us, after 7 days of waiting I had 2 different companies at my home able to fix the problem in less than 3 hrs. Would NOT recommend!

I was sold a "heating system tune-up" for 89$. However, nothing was tuned-up. The technician only "inspected" the system, and told me what services he would recommend to be performed - for additional cost, of course. To me, a tune-up means something is tweaked, cleaned, or something - not just looked at.
