Fastrak Construction Management

Fastrak Construction Management addresses the needs of the Project Owner by providing management expertise and services tailored specifically to their project. We integrate project controls procedures to manage the critical issues of Cost, Quality Assurance, Scope Control, and Schedule Adherence. We provide experienced Construction Management Staff to support the project owners team during all phases of a project. Our decisions are always made while maintaining the owners best interest. We do not design or provide labor to construct the project; we work with the project owner to develop a management framework which those processes will be implemented efficiently and effectively.

We are members of the following safety organizations that monitor our company safety policies and statistics that are updated quarterly. Fastrak Construction Management has an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program complying with the North American Substance Abuse Program prohibiting the use, abuse, presence in the body, or reporting to work under the influence of, bringing onto the worksite, the unlawful and unauthorized drugs, controlled substances, alcoholic beverages or drug related paraphernalia by employees, and any of the forgoing is a violation of this Program and will subject the employee to disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination.
