Many of our homes are located in the suburbs of Naperville, North Barrington, Deer Park, Elmhurst, Inverness, Fox Lake, Palatine, Lake Zurich, Lakewood, Hawthorne Woods and Crystal Lake.
Our company, Cornerstone Management, Inc., was founded in 1977 with its primary emphasis on custom home building in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Cornerstone began as a "hands-on" company with particular attention paid to the skills of carpentry. Management line and staff were all the same. While Cornerstone's background has been in carpentry, we have never been solely carpenter contractors. By performing the duties of a carpenter contractor on our own projects as the General Contractor, Cornerstone gained the experience to oversee all phases of construction.
We are at your service to provide the specialized management discipline you will need regardless of the size of your project and provide you with the administration and accountability you would expect from a full service homebuilder with 30+ years of experience. Additionally, we will provide you with continued consultations with our Interior Designer throughout the duration of your project at no additional charge! As a General Contractor, we will assume all the responsibilities for construction, and total costs quoted from the architectural plans and specifications that we prepared, and manage the payout distributions to allocate funds to be paid out and deliver the completed project to you "turn key".
