The process started with me calling., I was thrilled to have a knowledgeable person answer that knew something about the roofing business. She committed to having a sales person call me with in two days. I was thrilled to have Chris Kent call me back that same day. Chris was very patient with my questions about ventilation. He was not annoyed when I had him come out to the house a couple of times to explain the alternatives. We scheduled two days to get the job done and due to weather it had to be moved twice.
