Fence Direct is simply amazing. The sales process was simple and straightforward. They never used any pressure tactics. I felt like I was talking with one of my buddies. When it came to installation, the installers arrived on time and were able to finish the install same day. I was impressed due to the amount of rock in my ground. It would have taken me a few days to do all of the posts myself. Everything looks great and I'm very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Fence Direct for your future fencing needs.
Where is the 10 Stars, cause this company deserves them, I would highly recommend, FENCE DIRECT, we started off with Bob, he came out and priced us however about a week later Bradley called us to follow up on our quote and informed us Bob was no longer with the company and he would be our go to person. Bradley was so professional, he followed up with us, came out on friday March 31st, re did our quote and came in at an even better price than Bob did, we had to wait a few days to get our approval letter from our Hoa which we got on Tuesday April 3rd, at that point Bradley informed us that it would be 4 to 6 weeks if they pulled the permit but if we pulled our own we could have it installed in as little as 2 weeks. Well I pulled our permit in a matter of mins at city of Sanford, very easy process on April 9th, I texted Bradley our permit number, he scheduled the line locators that same day by friday April 13th he called to say everything was marked and he was sending us to an install scheduler, Ray from installation called me first thing today April 16th to say he was ready to scheduled us, I said I am ready when you are and TODAY the men showed up to install our fence! I couldn't be happier with the customer service, the attention to detail, the friendliness and the awesome efficiency in which our fence was put up! From Quote to install, the process was only 16 DAYS! Now I understand we pulled our own permit so it was definately a faster process than having to wait for them to get it from the city, but I am super happy with Fence Direct and I would definitely recommend them to everyone in my new development! Bravo guys on making this process so easy and being so friendly! From a very please Customer!
