Bill graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and has been working in the construction equipment arena his whole life. Bill also serves at a Lt Col in the National Guard as a Bioenvironmental Engineering Officer. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and has achieved the Certified Equipment Manager (CEM) recognition. Jason Hoyle's experience spans more than 20 years, including managing large, complex construction projects, and providing oversight and direction for Design-Build procurement/construction processes and operations.
