Validated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and accredited by AASHTO, our fully-equipped, on-premises lab enables us to provide wide-ranging geotechnical testing services.

The ETS, Inc. team includes Licensed Professional Engineers, Structural Steel Inspectors, Geologists, ACI and VDOT certified Technicians, Laboratory Technicians, licensed General Contractors and office personnel poised to serve the community and armed with resources, knowledge and professionalism unmatched in the local marketplace. Our Testing Laboratory is fully equipped concrete/soils/steel/ materials testing on premises and is validated by AASHTO. Colleen Nabhan is a licensed General Contractor and has over 29 years of demonstrated experience in Team Leadership, General Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Marketing and Finance, including 18 years of Residential/Commercial Construction, Material Testing, and Engineering staff management.
