Local 310 is a chapter of the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA), an organization headquartered in Washington, D.C., that boasts a membership of 850,000 throughout the United States and Canada. Local 310 was chartered on November 9, 1925. Throughout the decades, Local 310 continues to provide sought after, trained, reliable and competent laborers to every major construction site in our designated territory, to more than 500 signatory contractors. Our members tend numerous trades in the construction industry including carpenters, cement masons, bricklayers, plasterers, floor layers, operating engineers and plumbers.
